WHAT'S YOUR CURRENT SITUATION?
This service can be tailored and bespoke to the client but the usual process is that I fully research and analyse your business sector to gain a clear view of your target audience and industry in order to write an informed branding brief that gives consideration and direction to all elements of your business and brand.
Branding is so much more than just a logo; it is about your tone of voice and personality which comes through via your brand palette, fonts, copy and imagery. Within the branding brief I consider all of these elements in order to give maximum direction to the graphic designer.
Depending on your budgets I can then either manage the full brand identity development process on your behalf or connect you with a branding graphic designer and negotiate the design fees - in this instance I would send the brief and make the introduction and leave you to manage the process. For the majority of clients I work with I manage the project to ensure you get the right output and deliverables for your brand.
BUSINESS AND BRAND PLANS
As with all of my services this is bespoke to every client. Depending if you are an existing business in the next stage of growth or if you are a start-up company; the process will vary. After spending 18 years writing marketing strategy and brand plans I have the experience to put together a detailed business plan aligned to your growth objectives with KPIs and clear actions and costs so that you can plan ahead for either a few years or have a solid 5 year plan.
Once the business/brand plan is created, the next step would be to create a strong, actionable communications strategy that you will be able to take away and begin to implement immediately which will ultimately be your day to day plan to take your business to the next stage of growth. This will be detailed looking at your target audience, sector, competition with a solid plan to grow including idea generation of brand/business partnerships/collaborations, social media strategy looking at which platforms to be on that align to your target market and that would offer the best return on investment.
CONTENT PLANNING AND WRITING
I have spent the last 18 years writing copy, briefs and content for product packaging, websites, advertising campaigns, point of sale material, marketing presentations and social media platforms.
Following the communications strategy and identifying what marketing you need to do in order to take your business forward; I can help with all content planning & writing. Whether that be writing content for your website, marketing materials or social media platforms - I have briefs and social calendar templates that I have created which I can adapt for your business and get them started for you so that you have something ongoing which you can use yourself to be able to continue with your own content moving forwards once we’ve got things started.
I can either manage content on an ongoing basis or ad hoc according to your business needs whether that be website copy updates, promotional materials such as leaflets or newsletter content briefs.
